Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the new aminoguanidines which in particular is useful for treatment of stomach and intestines mobility affection as medicine, and furthermore useful for treatment of dyskinesia of bladder, the control of cortisol/ aldosterone discharge or amelioration of memory and learning.
CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula I having isolation type or form of salt and when R5 is OH, their ether or ester which hydrolysis is possible and these can permit in physiological as well, for example, 5-methoxy- indole-3-carboxy aldehyde or amino-(pentyl-amino)methylene hydrazone of isolation type or salt form is obtain by allowing a compound of formula IV to treat with a compound of formula V, and hydrogenating the resultant. In the formula I, W is S, NR1; Z is CR4, N; A is N, CR7; X...Y is CR8=N, CH(R8)NH; B is formula II or III; (n) is 1 or 2; A1 is CO, CH2; X1 is S, NR11, CR12R13, X2 is SR20, NR3R10; R1 to R5, R7, R8, R10, R10', R12, R13 are H, an alkyl, etc.; R6 is H, a halogen; R11 is H, an acyl; R20 is an alkyl.
