To provide an anchor bolt which has less number of components and a simple structure to require less manufacturing processes, shorter time, and lower costs for manufacturing of the anchor bolt.

The anchor bolt 1 includes a cylinder, and a piece 20 inserted in advance in a hollow 11 of the cylinder. The cylinder has an outline such that the outer diameter of the insertion front end side 12 of the cylinder gradually reduces toward the front end to be smaller than the outer diameter of the rear end side of the cylinder. The inner diameter of the hollow 11 of the cylinder gradually reduces toward the front end to be smaller than the inner diameter of the rear end side 113 of the hollow 11. A plurality of incisions are formed on the front end side of the cylinder to extend axially from the front end. The piece 20 inserted in advance in the part of hollow 11 at the rear end side 113 is struck into the part of hollow 11 at the front end side to expand the front end side 12 of the cylinder to fix the anchor volt 1.
