To prevent the coming out of an anchor tendon and an anchor head due to the fracture of the anchor tendon of an existing ground anchor at a low cost by a simple method.
An anchor coming-out prevention tool 10 for preventing the coming out of the anchor tendon 104 and anchor head 108 of the ground anchor installed on a slope 100 includes a cover member 12 which can cover a predetermined area of the top of the anchor head 108, and a stretched body 14 whose one end is fixed to the cover member 12 and other ends are fixed to a pressure receiving plate 102 and which has a strength securing a reaction force to a force added to the cover member 12 when the anchor tendon 104 and anchor head 108 comes out. The anchor coming-out prevention tool 10 is installed on the pressure receiving plate 102, preventing the anchor tendon 104 and anchor head 108 from coming out.
