To provide a light-weight foamed concrete panel with an embedded anchor plate which can be simply attached to reinforcing steel bars inside the light-weight foamed concrete panel, easily fixed to a building skeleton by tapping screws, and may give no impact on any surface finish, and the construction method thereof.

An anchor plate has a flat-plate shaped main body 1 and, at the both ends of a flat-plate shaped main body 1, a first steel bar locking part 2 extending on the panel top side and a second steel bar locking part 3 extending on the panel bottom side, and is fixed to reinforcement bars in virtue of elastic force with the first steel bar locking part 2 locked to main bars a1 or lateral bars on the top side of the panel and with the second steel bar locking part locked to main bars a2 or lateral bars on the bottom side of the panel. A light-weight formed concrete panel A is fastened to a building skeleton with tapping screws penetrating into the flat-plate shaped main body 1 of the anchor plate.
