Abstract:
To make it possible to easily and securely determine whether oxygen in a path different from that for fresh gas is supplied to the outside or supplied to the patient side.SOLUTION: An anesthesia apparatus comprises: a change-over switch 32 that is provided on a going-out oxygen path L1 for sending oxygen to the gas outlet 5 side and changes over whether to supply oxygen to the gas outlet 5 side or to the vaporization chamber 6 side; an EXO2 flow meter 41 that is provided downstream of the change-over switch 32 and measures and displays a flow rate of oxygen to the gas outlet 5 side; and a total flow meter 42 that is provided on a vaporization chamber side path L2 through which fresh gas or oxygen from the change-over switch 32 side flows to the vaporization chamber 6 side and measures and displays a flow rate of fresh gas or oxygen to the vaporization chamber 6 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
