There is provided the conjugate of a mammalian peptide hormone angiotensinogen, and a peptide derivative of angiotensin I and angiotensin II, presented in a repetitive scaffold by coupling the peptide derivatives to a carrier, particularly a virus-like particle (VLP). Furthermore, there are provided a method for producing the conjugate; and immunotherapeutic use of the resulting immunogen conjugate for therapy and prophylaxis of conditions associated with the renin-activated angiotensin system.
