Abstract:
To provide an electroconductive adhesive which causes only a small amount of elution of covered conductive fine particles or ions contained in the curable resin composition into the liquid crystal and does not contaminate the liquid crystal, a top/bottom conductive material for a liquid crystal display device and a liquid crystal display device.
The anisotropically electroconductive adhesive consists of the covered conductive fine particles and the curable resin composition and has ion conductivity of the extracted water before curing of ≤50 μS/cm.
