Abstract:
To provide the anode element for a high performance thin electrolytic capacitor, which is difficult to manufacture by prior art, an electrolytic capacitor comprising it, and its manufacturing method.
A lead wire 5 composed of a valve action metal is sandwiched, at a constant interval, between upper and lower layers comprising stripe moldings 1 and 8 containing valve action metal powder and a binder resin to produce a multilayered body 9A which is then cut into molding elements 10A. Subsequently, the molding element is sintered to produce the anode element 11A for an electrolytic capacitor. An electrolytic capacitor comprising it, and its manufacturing method are also provided.
