Abstract:
To provide anode paste capable of reducing contact resistance even if wiring layer of metal aluminum is used, a fluorescent character display tube with the paste and manufacturing methods of the same.
The paste contains at least one main agents selected from conductive carbon and conductive oxide particles, a binder resin which retains the main agents, a solvent which dissolves or disperses the resin, and metal alkoxide which turns into conductive oxide thin film after burning.
