Abstract:
To place stacked anode scraps in an easily handlable state in a subsequent process by binding the stacked anode scraps of the specified number by a binding band in a carrying process.
A binding device 7 to permit the transfer of stacked anode scraps 2 in a transfer route of the stacked anode scraps 2 is provided, turning devices 8, 9 are provided before and behind the binding device 7, and a binding band 3 is hooked on a body part of the stacked anode scraps 2 in the specified direction in the transfer route by turning the stacked anode scraps 2 by 90° before and behind the binding device 7.
