To provide an antenna apparatus which has a pair of slits formed in a line symmetry fashion at a ground section and reduces mutual coupling and correlation coefficients among antenna elements, and to provide a printed circuit board containing the antenna apparatus and a radio communication equipment containing the antenna apparatus.
The antenna apparatus includes a board made from dielectrics, a pair of antenna elements, and a ground section. The pair of antenna elements are formed at one surface of the board, and arranged in a line symmetry fashion. The ground section is formed at the surface of the board where the pair of antenna elements are formed, and arranged close to the pair of antenna elements. The ground section has a pair of slits. The pair of slits are arranged in a line symmetry fashion to a symmetry axis of the pair of antenna elements, and a cut-out is formed from one end close to the antenna element to the symmetry axis direction.
