Abstract:
To provide a comparator and a detection circuit that are free from malfunction when powered on.
The output terminal of the comparator is provided with an output circuit comprising a MOS transistor and a constant current source, and the gate of the MOS transistor is provided with a switch circuit controlled by a switch control circuit further. When the power is supplied, the switch control circuit controls the switch circuit so as to fix an output voltage to a prescribed voltage. The detection circuit includes an output circuit for output of high or low by a sense circuit for sensing a physical quantity and for output of a sense voltage and a reference voltage circuit.
