To obtain an antenna beam control device capable of maintaining a desired intensity distribution and direction to radiate an antenna beam even when shape errors occur in a reflecting mirror.
The antenna beam control device obtains a three-dimensional shape of the reflecting mirror from a phase difference between laser beam irradiated to the reflecting mirror and laser beam reflected on the reflecting mirror of the irradiated laser beam by a three-dimensional shape measuring instrument, and controls an excitation coefficient of a primary radiator in accordance with the shape of the reflecting mirror calculated by the obtained phase difference. The three-dimensional shape measuring instrument includes: a laser RF oscillator 17; a projection lens 12 which emits laser beam in a prescribed direction of a space in accordance with an incidence position and a direction; a plurality of optical fibers 13 disposed in different positions near a focal plane of a transmission light antenna part; and an optical switch 14 which selectively couples laser beam from a laser generation means with a plurality of laser radiation parts to radiate laser beam.
