To make an antenna omnidirectional and wideband.SOLUTION: An antenna 100A includes: an antenna element portion 1A that is grounded and has a width W1 in an x direction perpendicular to an extending z direction; and an antenna element portion 2 that faces the antenna element portion 1A in the z direction, is supplied with power at a feeding point 3A, and has a width W3 in the x direction. The width W1 in the x direction of the antenna element portion 1A is larger than the width W3 in the x direction of the antenna element portion 2.
