A radiation conductor 2 comprises a planar conductor 21 including a feeding point, a planar conductor 23 including an open end of the radiation conductor 2, and a dual-band forming inductor 22 connected between the planar conductors 21 and 22. A radiation conductor 4 comprises an inductor 42 for electromagnetic coupling provided adjacent to the dual-band forming inductor 22 so as to be electromagnetically coupled with the dual-band forming inductor 22, and a planar conductor 43 having one end connected to the inductor 42 for electromagnetic coupling and another end that is an open end and provided adjacent to the planar conductor 23 so as to be capacitively coupled with the planar conductor 23.
