If service interruption is generated due to disaster or the like and drive by a battery or the like is started when a mode requiring the suppression of power consumption is set up, the current command value of a current to be supplied to a motor M for driving an antenna L is limited. When the supplied current command value exceeds a certain threshold, a current command value control part GC1 limits the current command value to the threshold. The limited current command value is converted into a driving current I for the motor M through a current compensation part GC. Thereby the driving current I supplied to the motor M is suppressed up to the limited threshold. Consequently power consumption required for the drive of the antenna L can be suppressed.
