PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a vehicle body panel inbetween without deforming or damaging and to fix an antenna to the vehicle body panel with high water- proof sealing property by setting the projecting part of an antenna base or a washer to be non-circularly arranged to make a long axis to be nearly along the direction of the tangent to a circuit with a fixing screw part as a center.
SOLUTION: In this antenna fixing device, the antenna base has a bottom face which is elliptic, and four projection parts 3b, e.g. are formed and these parts 3b are formed at positions opposed to projections 6a formed at the upper tip of the washer 6. The shape of the parts 3b are set to be elliptic and their top faces are formed on a flat surface. Namely, the projecting parts 3a are set to be in the shape of an ellipse arranged to make the major axis to be nearly along the direction of the tangent to the circle with the fixing screw part 3a as a center. Then, the vehicle body panel 4 is held by the plural projecting parts 3b and the projection 6a of the washer 6 of a nut 8 to be screwed to the part 3a to fix the antenna to a vehicle body.
