Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the integral rotation of a rotor and an outer ring of a bearing even if heating and cooling are repeated, the rotor being made from a synthetic resin.
SOLUTION: A synthetic resin-made rotor 62 is rotatably supported on a front housing 11 through an angular bearing 20 and a boss part 11a. The rotor 62 is externally fitted around an outer ring 67 of the metallic angular bearing 20 at the boss part 63. An internal tooth 63a is carved on the inner peripheral surface of the boss part 63. An external tooth 67a is carved on the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring 67. The internal tooth 63a of the boss part 63 is meshed with the external tooth 67a of the outer ring 67.
