Abstract:
To provide an antenna capable of outputting a radio wave in which vertically polarized waves are suppressed and which is mainly composed of horizontally polarized waves.
The antenna comprises waveguide slot array antennas 1A/1A which are stacked in two stages and operate as an antenna by forming a plurality of slots 2 on the narrow faces 1a/1a of waveguides 1/1. Between the waveguide slot array antennas 1A/1A adjacent to each other in a stacking direction, the slots 2 are formed line-symmetrically with respect to a center line C and power of inverse phases is input to both the waveguide slot array antennas 1A/1A.
