Abstract:
To provide an imaging unit capable of suppressing image quality degradation of a photographed image caused by dust to the possible extent, while avoiding becoming large in size.
An imaging region of an imaging device 22 mounted on a substrate 20 is configured of a sealed space S sealed by parallel plane plates 23 and a sealing member 24. A piezoelectric device 26 is mounted on an inner wall face constituting the sealed space S and an outer surface, excluding the contact face to the sealing member 24 among the parallel plane plates 23.
