To improve an antenna used in a non-contact type discrimination device and to easily and smoothly transfer signals without increasing output by providing a coil-like conductive pattern from a door plate to a window plate.

The door plate 1a itself is made of glass, and by etching a transparent conductive film 20a near an edge inside a glass layer in a loop shape, the conductive pattern 2a is formed. It achieves the role of this antenna on a read side and thus, just by making a person provided with the constitution of a response side including the antenna in a pocket on the chest stand at the front surface of the door plate 1a, the signals are transferred with the conductive pattern 2a for constituting the antenna. Then, for the person having the right of entry/exit to/from a building, the door 10a is opened, the entry /exit are permitted and the person and the entry/exit time are checked. Also, an adjustment circuit 3a adjusts the impedance of the antenna constituted of the conductive pattern 2a.
