To provide an antenna which can be manufactured at low cost, and a radio IC memory provided with this antenna.
The antenna provided with the radio IC memory has a member and a flexible base. A first region of the base is along a main surface of the member, a second region of the base is along an end surface of the member, and a third region thereof is along a second main surface of the member. A linear conductor having one end and the other end is provided on the base. The one end and the other end of the conductor is provided on a surface of the third region opposite to a surface along the second main surface. The conductor has a spiral section spirally formed in at least the first region, a first connector for connecting the internal side end of the spiral section to the one end of the conductor, and a second connector for connecting the external end of the spiral section to the other end of the conductor.
