At least three erecting panel antennas are vertically located and two broadcasting waves of different frequencies are radiated from at least one panel antenna (middle stage antenna 2) positioned on the middle stage. Then, one of broadcasting waves of two frequencies is radiated from at least one panel antenna (upper stage antenna 1) position on the stage higher than the middle stage antenna 2, and the other broadcasting wave is radiated from at least one panel antenna (lower stage antenna 3) positioned on the stage lower than the middle stage antenna 2. Thus, a number of panel antennas is reduced and further, radiation characteristics can be controlled.
