A feedback circuit 3 using a vibrator 4 composed of a piezoelectric body with a bismuth layered compound as a main component and amplifiers 1 and 2 are provided to be oscillated. Load capacitors 6 and 7 comprising the feedback circuit 3 together with the vibrator 4 are provided with a dielectric as a main component, with which a dielectric constant is decreased together with the elevation of a temperature in the 1/2 area at least within the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C and when an average change rate -TC of the dielectric constant within the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C is (Cmax-Cmin)/(C20.100), Cmax is the maximum value of capacitance within the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, Cmin is the minimum value of capacitance within the temperature range of -20°C to 80°C and C20 is capacitance at 20°C, -TC is ≥5000 ppm/°C.
