Abstract:
To provide an anti-fogging coating agent having good antifogging durability to a plastic substrate.SOLUTION: There is provided an anti-fogging coating agent containing (A) a water-soluble polymer and (B) a polycarbodiimide compound, wherein the water-soluble polymer (A) is obtained by neutralizing a polymer containing a repeating unit having a carboxy group with a hydroxide of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal, which has a neutralization degree of 0.5 to 1 and in the content of the polycarbodiimide compound (B), the molar ratio of the carbodiimide group in the polycarbodiimide compound (B) to the carboxy group in the polymer (A) is more than 0.005 and 0.6 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
