PURPOSE: A coating composition which maintains an excellent anti-icing property, prepared by adding a (co)polymer of a (meth)acrylic monomer containing a perfluoroalkyl group and an alkali-metal compound to a synthetic resin coating composition of organic solvent type.

CONSTITUTION: 0.1W75pts.wt. homopolymer and/or copolymer of a (meth)acrylic monomer which contains a perfluoroalkyl group and is represented by formula I (where R is H or methyl; n is 1W10; Rf is a 9W21C straight-chain or branched perfluoroalkyl) [e.g. preferably a (meth)acrylic monomer containing a perfluroalkyl group represented by formula III] and 0.1W50pts.wt. alkali-metal compound of formula II (where M is Li, Na or K; X is an inorganic acid radical, hydroxyl or an organic acid radical; a is 1W4) are added to 100pts.wt., based on the resin solid, synthetic resin coating composition of organic solvent type.
