PURPOSE: To obtain the subject application agent useful for percutaneously administering ketoprofen to local tissues by laminating a tacky agent layer consisting essentially of a corneal layer ablation relaxant and ketoprofen to the side of a cellular substance of a support formed by laminating a specific cellular substance to a plastic film.
CONSTITUTION: An application agent obtained by laminating a stretchable cellular substance, such as paper, woven fabric or nonwoven fabric, such as cotton, having preferably 20-200μm thickness to one side of a flexible plastic, such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film, to form a support and then laminating a drug-containing acrylic tacky agent layer consisting essentially of a corneal layer ablation relaxant (tackiness reducing agent) which is a polyester-based plasticizer having ≥1000 average molecular weight, etc., and ketoprofen that is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent to the side of the cellular substance of the resultant formed support. The afore-mentioned application agent has good anchoring properties with low irritancy and is excellent in bonding of the cellular substance to the drug-containing tacky agent layer without a residual paste on the skin surface and capable of exhibiting excellent characteristics in treatment.
