Abstract:

To provide highly specific tumor targeting.SOLUTION: In a first aspect, the present invention relates to a fusion protein construct including (i) an antibody module which specifically binds to MUC1, and (ii) IL-15 module. In a second aspect, the present invention provides nucleic acid encoding a fusion protein construct according to the present invention. Further, in a third aspect, an expression cassette or a vector including the nucleic acid according to the present invention and a promoter operatively connected to the nucleic acid are provided, and in a fourth aspect, a host cell including the nucleic acid according to the present invention, the expression cassette or the vector is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
