Abstract:
To provide an anti-vibration device that can control with high accuracy energization force of a support part that energizes a work-piece in accordance with energization force applied to the work-piece from a grindstone and the like, which varies according to a processing state of the work-piece, and can be manufactured at low costs, a grinding machine comprising an anti-vibration device and an anti-vibration device control method.SOLUTION: An anti-vibration device 10 comprises: a support part 20; a cylinder device 30 comprising a piston portion 32 and a rear energization chamber 33 that energizes the piston portion 32 and the support part 20 in a direction toward an outer peripheral surface Wa of a work-piece W by energization force F corresponding to a predetermined flow quantity Q when fluid with the predetermined flow quantity is supplied thereto; an active flow quantity control valve unit 40 that adjusts a flow quantity of fluid supplied from a fluid supply device 80 to the predetermined flow quantity Q and supplies the fluid to the rear energization chamber 33 of the cylinder device 30; and a control device 70 that controls the active flow quantity control valve unit 40 on the basis of a control command value t corresponding to the predetermined flow quantity Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
