To provide a vibration isolator capable of restricting the deformation of an elastic body when inputting large vibration without using a separated stopper member, and a fitting member used for the vibration isolator.SOLUTION: A vibration isolator 1 comprises: a burner cylinder 21; an inner cylinder 22; a cylindrical periphery fixed on the inner peripheral side of the burner cylinder 21; an inner peripheral part fixed on the outer peripheral side of the inner cylinder 22; two legs for connecting the periphery to the inner peripheral part; a rubber member 23 for connecting between the burner cylinder 21 and the inner cylinder 22; an inside attachment member 3 for attaching the inner cylinder 22 to a vibration generating part 5; and an outer attachment member 4 for attaching the burner cylinder 21 to a vibration passive part 6, in which the inside attachment member 3 is composed of an insertion part 31 inserted into the inner cylinder 22; a fitting part body having a fitting part 32 for attaching the insertion part 31 to the vibration generating part 5; and a stopper part 33 which is inserted into a space divided by the inner peripheral part and the outer peripheral part of the rubber member 23, and the leg to suppress the deformation of the rubber member 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
