Abstract:
To provide a high voltage generating circuit with an excellent input and output characteristic.SOLUTION: A high voltage generating circuit 100 includes: a driver 110 that generates driving clock signals CLK1 and CLK2 from a reference clock signal CLK; a charge pump 120 that increase an input voltage Vi to an output voltage Vo by using the driving clock signals CLK1 and CLK2; and a synchronous circuit 140 that synchronizes an enable signal EN of the driver 110 to the reference clock signal CLK. The high voltage generating circuit 100 further includes an output voltage detection circuit 130 that generates a feedback signal FB by comparing a reference voltage Vref with the output voltage Vo. The synchronous circuit 140 may generate the enable signal EN by latching the feedback signal FB by being synchronized to the reference clock signal CLK. At the time, the synchronous circuit 140 may only synchronize an on-timing of the enable signal EN to the reference clock signal CLK.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
