To provide a heat therapeutic apparatus in which plenty of negative ions and far infrared rays from tourmaline/obsidian can demonstrate excellent effects on health and beauty by efficiently generating ion effects particular for each ore while generating electromagnetic waves good for a human body by using a lot of them while circulated.

An underwater pump 1 is set in a water receiving tank, and a number of holes 2 are bored in piping 8, wherein hot water is brought into strong contact with tourmaline and obsidian (ion generating material) by water pressure of the circulation pump 1, so as to generate negative ions, infrared rays and electromagnetic waves. Temperature of the hot water is usually kept at 40-45°C by a heating pipe 6 under a floor. By setting an ion generating material in a lead-through pipe 14, humidity and heat are transmitted to the waist and the lower half body etc. by a special tourmaline board 13 to activate the body of a user.
