To provide a low-cost carbon dioxide bathing apparatus which can obtain the almost same level of effectiveness as a carbon dioxide spring.

The bath comprises a cabinet 2 which is mounted with a binding band 6 that sticks flexible cover sheets 4 and 5 to the periphery of the cabinet to isolate from the outer atmosphere; a central inner space 3 which is filled, under a little pressurized state, with a gas warmed by carbon dioxide 12 supplied from the outside and a steam mist introduced through 10; and a space between the cover sheets 4 and 5 which is safely sucked by a vacuum fan through an opening 9 so as to get a weakly reduced pressure. Both legs are passed through flexible ring sponges 8 installed on the cover sheets 4 and 5 to put stably their toes on a base mat 11 in the inner space 3 of the cabinet 2 in order to enjoy carbon dioxide bathing.
