Abstract:
To provide a safe antibacterial material capable of maintaining high antibacterial effect over long time by controlled release effect by which contained antibacterial components are gradually released, and a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing at good efficient in which adjustment of antibacterial agent concentration is easy and a processing process for adding antibacterial property is simplified.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a manufacturing method of an antibacterial raw material capable of providing a fiber composite antibacterial product by composing an antibacterial yarn, an antibacterial cloth or an antibacterial film, which are antibacterial raw materials, singly or together with other yarn, cloth or the like, having an antibacterial treatment liquid preparation process for preparing an antibacterial treatment liquid of an antibacterial agent by carrying a quaternary ammonium salt compound on montmorillonite, and an adhesive emulsion containing a nonionic or cationic hydrophilic resin, and an antibacterial raw material formation process for obtaining an antibacterial yarn or an antibacterial cloth by contacting the antibacterial treatment liquid with yarn or cloth to be antibacterial and the drying them, or an antibacterial film by flow casting the antibacterial treatment liquid and drying the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
