PURPOSE: To obtain an anticancer agent containing a specific benzoylurea based compound as an active ingredient, capable of enhancing biological utilization ratio by improving absorbing properties into blood and effectively raising concentration in blood and limited for administration after eating.
CONSTITUTION: The aimed agent containing a compound expressed by the formula (X is halogen or nitro; Y is H, halogen, nitro, etc.; Z1 is halogen, etc.; Z2 is H or halogen; A is CH or N) as an active agent. An agent obtained by crushing the compound expressed by the formula in an aqueous suspension to which a dispersing agent is added, adding a disintegrator thereto and subjecting the blend to lyophilization is preferably used as the above-mentioned anticancer agent. The above-mentioned compound expressed by the formula is preferably used in form as fine as possible. Polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, etc., is preferably used as the dispersing agent. The compound expressed by the formula is administered normally in dose of about 1-100mg/kg adult day divided 2-3 times from immediately after eating to about 2 hr after eating. A food having high fat content is preferably used as the food.
