To provide an antifouling paint composition capable of forming a film excellent in antifouling property and excellent also in adhesion to a substrate, and to provide an antiadhesive body sufficiently protected from grease.

The antifouling paint composition includes a fluororesin prepared by copolymerizing a fluoroolefin and a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer, a silicone-modified acrylic resin prepared by copolymerizing a silane compound and a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic monomer, and an organic solvent. In the composition, the silicone-modified acrylic resin is 11-20 pts.mass and the organic solvent is 100-300 pts.mass, respectively, based on 100 pts.mass of the fluororesin.
