Abstract:
To provide an antifouling product which is excellent in wear resistance, scratch resistance and adhesion to a substrate, has an excellent effect of preventing fixation of burnt deposits of organic substances such as food and water stain (including soil such as animal excrement), and, in particular, which easily removes burnt deposits of organic substances such as food at a high temperature (300C), and a method for producing the same.
The antifouling product is obtained by forming an antifouling thin film on the surface of a substrate, wherein the antifouling thin film contains 70 mass% of zirconium oxide (ZrO2) and a halogen element has been impregnated or diffused into the film from the surface thereof.
