Title:
ANTIREFLECTION OPTICAL MEMBER AND METHOD FOR FORMATION OF ANTIFOULING LAYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11352305
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To make formable an antifouling layer which prevents the sticking of fouls such as fingerprints, sebum, sweat and cosmetics on the surface of an antireflection optical member and has excellent antifouling property with high durability by forming the antifouling layer comprising an antifouling agent contg. specified two organosilicone compds. on the outermost surface by a dry coating method.

An antifouling layer comprising an antifouling agent contg. an organosilicone compd. represented by formula I and an organosilicone compd. represented by formula II is formed on the outermost surface of an antireflection optical member by a dry coating method. In the formula I, Rf is a 1-10C perfluoroalkyl group and R1 is a 2-10C divalent hydrocarbon group. In the formula II, R2 is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, R3 is a hydrolyzable group represented by formula III, R4 is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group, R5 indicates R3 or R4 and respective R5s may be identical or different. In the formula III, R6 is a 2-10C divalent hydrocarbon group and R7 is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group.
