Title:
ANTIROLLING SHIP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01262283
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To aim at the facilitation of manufacture and antirolling at the time of low speed navigation by flowing a cabin in a liquid tank installed in the hull. CONSTITUTION:A hull 2 and a cabin 3 are separated from each other and formed separately, and a pool-form void space 4 capable of fitting the cabin 3 loosely in this hull 2 is being installed. A liquid 5 is stored in this void space 4, and the cabin 3 is floatable. The hull 2 and the cabin 3 are connected to each other shiftably to some extent. Consequently, even if pitching and rolling occur in the hull 2, the liquid 5 in the void space 4 tries to keep a horizontal surface, so that the pitching and rolling of the cabin 3 are absorbed more than that of the hull 2. In this connection, this ship is relatively inexpensive and, what is more, manufacture is also easy enough.
