To provide an antistatic laminated polyester film excellent in adhesion, antistaticity, blocking resistance, backside transferability and shaving resistance in comparison with conventional ones, and useful as a film for magnetic cards (e.g. a telephone card and a prepaid card), make-up films, electronic materials, overhead projector(OHP) films, packaging films, labels and the like.

This antistatic laminated film is characterized by being coated with a coating film obtained by coating an aqueous coating liquid on at least one side of a polyester film followed by drying and orientation; wherein the liquid includes a composition comprising 40-85 wt.% at least one binder resin (A) selected from copolyester resins and acrylic copolymers, 5-50 wt.% antistatic agent (B) composed mainly of recurring unit with a structure represented by the formula (1) (wherein, R1 and R2 are each H or CH3; R3 is a 1-8C alkylene group; and X is an alkali metal) and 1-15 wt.% surfactant (C).
