Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the adhesion of a coating film and to enhance the antisweating effect of a metallic sheet by forming a non-water absorbing resin coating film on the surface of the metallic sheet, and further forming thereon a coating film of the resin obtained by mixing 5-15pts.wt. water absorbing resin in 100pts.wt. non-water absorbing resin. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a metallic sheet is coated with the powder paint of a non-water absorbing resin, and further coated with the powder paint obtained by dry-mixing 5-15pts.wt. powder of a water absorbing resin in 100pts. wt. powder of a non-water absorbing resin to produce an antisweat coated metallic sheet. The thermosetting resin such as polyester resin and acrylic resin and the thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene resin and polypropylene resin are used for the powder paint of the non-water absorbing resin to be used in the lower layer. The thermosetting resin and thermoplastic resin mixed with a polymer having a hydrophilic group such as starch and cellulose are used for the powder paint to be used in the upper layer.
