PURPOSE: To accomplish automatical chamfering of the end of strand through automatic rotatio thereof by the movement of an electromagnetic roll and magnetic attraction force which is performed when the tip of the strand placed and attracted on the rolls comes into contact with a band polishing machine with the horizotnal forward movement thereof.
