A water tank part 1 is filled with a cleaning liquid in a sufficient amount to submerge rotating brushes 41, 42... and a first driving part 5 is driven to drive and rotate a transporting drum 2, a rotation presser roller 31a, the brushes 41, 42... in prescribed directions.
