Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the collecting efficiency of oil mist, by constituting a filtering part from a long fiber filter and a bag filter to reduce clogging.
CONSTITUTION: Oil mist generated during cutting work is sucked through a hood 3 and introduced into a main body suction part 8 by a duct 4. Mist is sucked to a long fiber filter 7 from the main body suction part and fine mist such as oil mist is passed through the long passage of the long fiber filter 7 to absorb a part thereof by the main body of a long fiber. Sucked mist is condensed and dripped by wind force and under its own weight from the lower part of the long fiber filter to be dropped in and collected by a lower mist tank part.
