Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for continuously drying a pulp web, while excluding an excessive thermal stress causing a deformation on heating or cooling and a damage on a structure.
This apparatus for continuously drying the pulp web, having an air-circulating system, and a drying drum which has a honeycomb-like cylindrical outer shell, is characterized in that the cylindrical outer shell has a cylindrical and flexible transitional shape portion.
