Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect not only black foreign matters, but white foreign matters at the same time.
SOLUTION: A red illumination 30A, and blue illuminations 30B and 30C are set to the rear of a container 2 filled with a liquid. Red light of the red illumination 30A penetrates the container 2, while blue light from the blue illuminations is diffuse reflected from the inside liquid of the glass container 2. This is imaged by a sensor (camera) 1, and moreover the foreign matter is detected by an image processing device 4.
