Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gabion, which has excellent workability and enables the mechanization of construction works, the simplification of construction works at an execution site or the like.
SOLUTION: The polygonal cylindrical gabion is composed of a drum net 2, which is formed in a cylindrical sectional shape having a hexagonal or more polygonal shapes by a plurality of reticulate section pieces 6 continuously abutted zigzag in a foldable manner and in which an opening section 4' for charging a fill is formed to the upper reticulate section piece formed in the polygon, a cover 3 closing cylindrical both-side opening sections 3', a cover 4 closing the opening section 4' for charging the fill and frame 5 for the shape retention of the cylindrical body.
