Abstract:
To reduce furthermore energy consumption during dehydration than ever and to simultaneously ensure calm operation and strong dehydration.
Centrifugal force during dehydration is enlarged and rotation is stabilized by integrating a dehydrating tub 1 and a rotating weight 2 and increasing the weight of the dehydrating tub itself. By jointly using a fly wheel device 11 for driving the rotating weight 2 and a stepless speed variation pulleys 5, dehydration is made strong and energy consumption of output itself is decreased. In addition, a double block brake 9 for controlling a large rotational energy is provided. A balance roller 6 and a balance ring 7 are provided for ensuring stability of rotation and calmness.
