PURPOSE: To enable sales of a fresh stock liquid excellent in flavor and aroma by extracting stock ingredients from a stock material for a stock preparing liquid in an extracting part and then weighing the aforementioned stock ingredients only in a required amount in a weighing part.
CONSTITUTION: A heating element 11 is inserted into an extraction vessel 21 in an extracting part 1 to heat a stock preparing liquid 22 in the aforementioned vessel 21 therewith or stock ingredients are extracted from one or more kinds of stock materials (A), such as dried bonito or dried small sardines, in the above-mentioned stock preparing liquid 22 without heating. The resultant stock ingredients only in a required amount are then weighed in a weighing part 2 by opening an opening and closing cock 12. When the stock ingredients attain a prescribed amount, the aforementioned ingredients are filled in a container 13 to enable sales of the fresh stock liquid.
