Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out high speed fermentation of organic waste quickly and stably by a method wherein a fermentation treating tank wherein organic waste of garbage or the like is decomposed at a high temperature to be composted is provided, an oil jacket is installed to the fermentation treating tank, and heated by circulating hot oil.
CONSTITUTION: On use, organic waste is at first charged into a fermentation treating tank 5 of a garbage treating device 1. Thereafter, a cover is closed, and a stirring switch, and an oil jacket switch on an operating panel are turned on. Hot oil of about 100°C is heated with an electric heater 60 thereby, and a temperature in a fermentation treating tank 5 is raised via an oil jacket 24. In this case, actinomyces are activated by warming the temperature in the fermentation treating tank 5 to about 60°C to 170°C, and composting of the garbage is accelerated. Further, a water content and oil content adjusting component is supplied into the fermentation treating tank 5 from an adjusting component supply part. Then, the composted garbage is discharged outside via a discharging chute 31, and used as fertilizer for a farm, a flower garden, etc.
